You can browse our website and even select products in your shopping basket without creating an account, but once you are ready to buy, you will need to register an account before you can make a purchase.

Once you create an account, shopping with us will be very simple and you will benefit from:

If your account information changes, you can simply log in and edit your information. This includes changing your login email and password.

Don’t worry… just click on the “Forgot your password?” link when you try to log in. We will send you an email with a link to set a new password, but be sure to check your spam folder in case our email finds its way there.

When searching online, you can search by keyword. Just enter the term you are looking for in the search box. If you are still having trouble locating a specific item, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

Each style has a size guide associated with it.

When viewing a specific product, click on the Size Guide to find measurements and sizes.

We do our best to ensure that the products are represented as accurately as possible in the photos on our website, but please keep in mind that minor differences may be caused by certain conditions, such as the device used to view the website.

We do our best to keep our stock levels accurate, but in the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we will make every effort to help you choose another item of the same price. Alternatively, we will quickly process a refund for out-of-stock items.

Ordering & Payments FAQs

Once you place an order with us, we will always obtain bank authorisation to charge your debit/credit card. We will charge your card before we dispatch the order.

You will receive an email from us immediately to confirm which products have been purchased and the exact amount that will be charged to your card.

We are not always able to tell why a credit card payment has not cleared.

The credit card payment process involves our systems and your bank. If a credit card payment fails, please double check that you have entered all your credit card details correctly and that the card you are using is not expired.

If the payment still fails, please try to pay with a different credit card.

If your payment has been declined and you don’t know why, please contact your bank to check.

We can cancel your order, but only if it has not yet been dispatched. Just contact us.

Sorry, the only way to purchase this item is to place another order.

You will receive an email notification from us when your order is packed at our distribution centre and awaiting collection by the courier. Once the package is received, the courier service provider will contact you directly with tracking details and an estimated time of delivery.

All orders require a signature confirmation upon delivery. If you are not at the designated address to receive the courier, we will leave a business card in your mailbox indicating where you can collect your package (photo identification and tracking information will be required upon collection).

In rare cases, we may contact you to confirm all necessary information before dispatching. This is to ensure that your card has not been used without your consent. If we discover that someone has attempted to use another person’s card or information without consent, we will not hesitate to report it to the relevant authorities.

Due to limited inventory, your order may be shipped in batches from multiple locations. If you find that an item is missing when you receive your order, your package is likely to be shipped in batches. If so, you will receive a notification email of the split shipment after your purchase.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to add more products to this order once payment has been completed.

You will need to place a new order to purchase additional products.

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service and all orders must be placed through the Myragie website.

If you have received the wrong product in your order, please contact our Customer Service team to let us know.

Please remember to include your order number in your message as this will help us identify your order quickly.

Shipping & Returns FAQs

All orders will be prepared and shipped within 48 hours of order placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that during promotional periods, there may be delays due to high order volumes.

If you place an order after 2pm (Singapore Eastern Standard Time) Monday to Friday, the order will be shipped the next business day.

Items shipped to countries outside Singapore may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. For packages shipped outside Singapore, you will be responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes. If you refuse to accept the package, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost, any applicable taxes, and the cost of returning the package.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local post office. If the carrier cannot find the package, we will assist in coordinating with the carrier. Please contact us after checking your local post office.

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for packages that have been delivered. Any undelivered parcels returned to us are at the customer’s own expense for re-shipping.

If you have a problem with your order, you can initiate our hassle-free return process. Please make sure you have read our Return and Refund Policy before initiating a return or exchange.

You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product. You will need to pay for the return shipping unless we agree otherwise.

Requirements to qualify for a refund include:

1. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags and markings intact.

2. The return package must include a return label and invoice. Failure to follow this guidance will result in processing delays or rejections.

3. Only one return request can be created per order.

Promotional offers such as “buy one, get one free” are not refundable. However, the redemption of these offers will follow our standard terms.

If a return is refused at any stage, we will attempt to re-deliver the item to the customer twice. If the customer does not accept delivery, the item will be forwarded for processing and we will not be able to process further delivery requests.

Any items returned in error (items that do not belong to myragie.com) are the responsibility of the sender. Myragie is not responsible for returning the wrong item to the customer.

Products FAQs

It is recommended to hand wash or machine wash in cold water, use mild detergent, and avoid bleach. Low temperature ironing can help keep the shirt flat.

Dry immediately after washing and iron at low temperature when slightly damp to effectively reduce wrinkles.

Our T-shirts usually contain a certain proportion of elastic fibers (such as spandex) to increase comfort and freedom of movement.

Our sweatshirts are designed for light to moderate exercise, suitable for daily leisure and exercise. If you need to engage in high-intensity exercise, it is recommended to choose professional sports equipment.

Please refer to our size chart and choose the most suitable size according to your height, chest circumference, waist circumference and hip circumference. If you are between two sizes, it is recommended to choose a larger size.

Our shorts are simple and stylish in design, very suitable for daily wear, can be matched with a variety of tops and shoes, suitable for a variety of occasions.

Our jumpsuits are designed to be easy to put on and take off, and usually have invisible zippers or elastic waistbands, so you can easily put them on and take them off.
