Have You Read Our Returns And Exchanges Policy?
You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product. Unless we agree otherwise, you are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Please note that exceptions may be made for promotional products and other items. Any orders that are refused and returned to us will be refunded less the return shipping costs borne by us.
The following conditions must be met to be eligible for exchange:
• Items must be in unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition with all original tags and markings intact.
• Return packages must include a return label and invoice. Failure to adhere to this guidance will result in process delays and denials.
•It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the returned merchandise meets the requirements for exchange. Any discrepancy between the exchange request and the returned item will result in the exchange request being denied.
•For items that have been returned or exchanged once, a second return or exchange will not be accepted.
If a product is unsaleable for any reason, we reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange. For example:
•If clothes have residual odor.
•If the clothes are dirty.
•If clothing is damaged.
•If the alleged defect does not exist.

Refund Policy
The following conditions must be met to be eligible for a refund:
•Items must be in unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition with all original tags and markings intact.
•Return packages must include a return label and invoice. Failure to adhere to this guideline will result in process delays and rejections.
•Only one return request can be created per order.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of order, with the following exceptions:
•Once store credit is issued for an order, refunds cannot be processed for the same order.
•Refund amount does not include original shipping charges.
Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned garment, we will send you a refund approval notification. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 7 business days. Keep in mind that it may also take your bank or credit card company some time to process and issue the refund. However, you will receive a notification from us once we post the refund to your bank’s Merchant Services.

Exchanges And Refunds Disclaimer
•All exchanges and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of myragie.com. Myragie reserves the right to refuse exchange and refund requests if the above criteria are not met.
•Promotional offers such as “Buy One Get One Free” or “Buy One Get One Free” are non-refundable. However, redemption of these offers will be subject to our standard terms.
•If a product is refused return at any stage, we will make two attempts to redeliver the product to the customer. If the customer does not accept delivery, the product will be forwarded for clearance and we will not be able to process further delivery requests.
•Any items returned to us in error or in error (items that do not belong to myragie.com) are the responsibility of the sender. Myragie is not responsible for returning incorrect items to customers.
