By completing payment and finalizing your order, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.

Processing Time

•All orders are ready and shipped within 48 hours of order placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
•Please note that during sales, delays may occur due to high order volume.
•Orders placed after 2pm (Singapore Eastern Standard Time) Monday to Friday will be shipped the next working day.
•All orders placed after the cut-off time of 10am Singapore time will be shipped the next working day.

Notice:

•Working days do not include public holidays. Please allow an extra day for each public or national holiday.
•We typically do not ship on weekends, so please allow an extra day for delivery on orders placed on weekends or Mondays using standard shipping.

Track Your Order

•You will receive an email from us when your order is packed and waiting for pickup from our shipping partner from our Singapore distribution center.
•Once the package is received, the delivery service provider will contact you directly with tracking details including estimated delivery time.
•If you have any questions or need help tracking your parcel, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] between 9am and 6pm Singapore time on weekdays.

Delivery

•All orders require signature upon delivery.
•If you are not at the designated address to accept delivery, we will leave a business card in your mailbox indicating the collection point where you can collect your package (you will need to show photo ID and tracking information to collect your package).
•Please note that if a package requires a signature for release after shipment, we will not be responsible for loss or damage.

Delivery To Business Address

•Designating a business as your shipping address grants signing rights to anyone at that business address. This is due to the nature of deliveries to business addresses, where the reception or mail room will often sign for and accept parcels in bulk on behalf of the person located at that address.
•If your order has been shipped to a business address and signed for by you, we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
•If you place a high value order with us, we strongly recommend that you specify your home address. This will ensure that only residents of that address have signature rights.

Customs And Import Taxes

Items shipped to countries outside Singapore may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. For any packages shipped outside of Singapore, you, the recipient, will be responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country of shipment. If you refuse delivery, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any applicable taxes and duties, and the cost of returning the package. Information Error + Collection Failed

In most cases, delivery details cannot be changed once an order has been placed. Please be sure to double check that the shipping address is correct before confirming your order. The business address must include the company name. If you have entered incorrect shipping information, please email [email protected] as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct the error.

Postage is not refundable if the package is not received or is returned with an incomplete or incorrect address. Please make sure all information entered (including shipping address) is correct before placing your order. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the order excluding shipping costs and any fees and charges incurred.

Safety

In rare cases, we may contact you before sending your package. Once we confirm all required information, your package will be shipped. Remember, this is for your benefit to ensure your card is not used without your consent. If we become aware of someone trying to use someone else’s card or details without their consent, we will not hesitate to report it to the authorities.

Split Shipment

Due to limited stock, your order may be split and shipped from multiple locations. If you have received your order and an item is missing, your package has most likely been split into multiple shipments. If this is the case, you should receive a split shipment notification email following your purchase.

Package Lost Or Stolen

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local post office. If the carrier is unable to locate the package, we will assist in coordinating with the carrier. Please contact us after checking your local post office.

We will provide order and tracking information to the customer so they can file a claim with the Postal Service. We will work with the customer to replace the package after sending us a copy of the police report they have filed.

We are not responsible for refunds or replacements for packages that have been delivered. Any undelivered packages returned to us will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
