Product Orders and Cancellations
All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance by Myragie and are subject to its sole discretion. This means that Myragie may, in its sole discretion, refuse to accept or cancel any order (whether or not it has been confirmed) for any or no reason and without liability to you or any third party. If your credit card has been charged but your order is subsequently cancelled, Myragie will issue a credit to your credit card account.
Pricing and Availability
While we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices displayed on the Website are accurate, errors (including processing errors) may occur. If we discover an error in the price or payment of any item you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.
We are not obligated to provide you with the product at the incorrect (lower) price, even if an order confirmation email has been sent to the email address you used to create your account or place your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount.
The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill any order you place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including but not limited to incorrect, inaccurate or outdated information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms or return policies.
The Service may be oversold, especially during popular product launches. This is because too many people buy a particular product at the same time, leaving too little time for payment and deduction from inventory. If this happens, orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis and any oversold orders will have to be cancelled.
Myragie is not responsible for any refund shortfalls caused by international exchange rates.
Product Descriptions
We strive to be as accurate as possible when describing products available for purchase online. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content of any of our Services are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the unused product.
How is the contract formed between you and us?
You can select products and collect them in your shopping basket by clicking the “Add to Bag” button. If you click the “Checkout” button after completing the order page, you agree to purchase the products in your shopping basket.
Before completing your order, you can visit a summary page that allows you to review and change your selected products and other information related to your order. After completing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order with an order reference. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us. All orders are subject to our acceptance and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email confirming that the products have been dispatched (“Dispatch Confirmation”). The contract between us (“Contract”) will only come into existence when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
This contract only relates to the products whose dispatch we confirm in the Dispatch Confirmation. We will also usually contact you if we do not accept your order or part of your order for any reason.

Myragie and all of its respective officers, employees, directors, agents, contractors and assigns shall not be liable to you for any losses (regardless of the form of action) arising directly or indirectly from:
